A professional Go Kart track, Raceworld is the longest-established tenant on Greendale Business Park. Raceworld took occupation of Unit 4 at the Park in December 1994; at 32,000 square feet, this warehouse unit in the Greendale South Zone has provided a great base for the business as it continues to grow. In 2010, the building was expanded to enable the development of a new reception area and conference facilities, and also to adjoin the handy Pit Stop Café in Unit 5.

Raceworld currently has 12 employees. The track and conference facilities are open to the general public, and are available for corporate events or private parties.
